We're seeking an Organizational Development Lead with experience working in a manufacturing environment to join our client's team in Cornwall.

What We Offer: 
  • Salary: $80,000 - $90,000/year
  • Job Type/Shift: Full-time – Monday to Friday, with flexibility around shift patterns for training
  • Benefits: Full benefits Health, Dental, and Vision, RRSP program, and annual bonus. 
 
What You'll Do:
  • Create and deliver training content for operators, supervisors, and Managers around key aspects of the business.
  • Assess the training needs of the business and develop a training plan accordingly.
  • Lead/Support Orientation & Onboarding of new employees in line with the plant training program.
  • Evaluate, follow up, and drive post-training KPIs.
  • Foster a Culture of Continuous Learning with all staff.
  • Stay informed on business trends, legislative changes, and industry developments.
  • Maintain and manage ISO audit training records and manage through audit processes.
 
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in adult learning with a track record of designing and executing successful training programs.
  • Demonstrated Hands-on Training and development experience.
  • Experience in training and development within a manufacturing environment.
  • Skilled in curriculum development and varied teaching methodologies, including in-person, and online learning, mentorship, workshops, and simulations.
  • Proficiency with a variety of teaching tools and platforms, such as Learning Management Systems, virtual meeting software, e-learning content creators, and assessment tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Superior collaborative and teamwork skills with the ability to quickly shift priorities to meet organization requirements collectively.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate individuals and teams.
