We're seeking Industrial Millwrights to join our client, a leader in the automotive industry. As a Millwright, you'll work closely with the maintenance, production, and engineering teams to maintain a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

Install, assemble, and align mechanical components, machinery and equipment.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
Conduct routine inspections and ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve machine reliability and efficiency.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Document maintenance activities and generate reports as required.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability.
Comply with all regulatory requirements, including workplace safety and environmental policies.

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Industrial Millwright (433A) in Ontario.
Experience in the automotive sector is an asset.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an automotive or heavy manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude with expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and gear systems.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Experience with welding, machining, and fabricating components is an asset.
Knowledge of predictive maintenance tools such as vibration analysis and thermography.
Proficient in using hand and power tools for mechanical repairs.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is an asset.
