We're seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our client, a leading provider of building supplies and hardware, in Moncton, NB.

What We Offer:

Salary: $30k + uncapped commission
Job Type/Shift: Full-time, Monday to Friday, day shift

What You'll Do:

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within an assigned territory.
Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with clients and prospects to demonstrate products and services.
Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure seamless order processing and customer support.
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams to enhance offerings.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to organizational growth.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in an outside sales or account management role, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your assigned territory.
