We're seeking a dynamic Maintenance Planner to join our client's manufacturing team in Vaughan. As a Maintenance Planner, you'll play an important role in setting up recommended maintenance schedules and generating work orders.

What We Offer:

Salary: $70,000/year
Job Type/Shift: Full-time, Permanent

What You'll Do:

Provide maintenance supervision support (Hourly employee management), including staff scheduling.
Ensure Preventative Maintenance (PM) program standards are developed, maintained, and improved.
Effectively plan all required resources - review the daily production schedule to set up the maintenance PM schedules to utilize weekday hours.
Schedule service contractors, maintain documentation, and monitor frequency and results.
Maintain the asset-based maintenance work order response program and follow up on completed work orders.

What We're Looking For:

Knowledge of equipment repair and maintenance tasks.
Understanding of tools and parts.
Supervision and team management skills.
5 years of experience as a Maintenance Planner.
Creative thinking and analytical skills.
