We're seeking a Production Supervisor to join our client's team in the GTA. As a Production Supervisor, you'll oversee and ensure the efficient production of products, meeting high standards for quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

What We Offer:

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000/year
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent – Rotating Shifts Every Four Weeks (Morning, Afternoon, Evening) - Fully Onsite

What You'll Do:

Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to maximize operational efficiency.
Conduct shift meetings to review departmental performance against production, health and safety, AIB, and scheduling criteria.
Ensure timely preparation and staging of work orders and materials for the upcoming 24 hours.
Maintain adherence to manufacturing schedules, promptly addressing any deviations; conduct Root Cause Analysis with corrective actions and follow through on the implementation of corrective actions.
Monitor employee attendance and performance, conducting semi-annual reviews and monthly team meetings.

What We're Looking For:

Must have at least 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with Food Safety industry standards.
Experience in Flexo printing.
Knowledge of Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus.
