We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations at a residential construction site in the Kingston, Ontario area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low-rise or mid-rise residential construction, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and on-site personnel to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

What You'll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of residential construction sites, ensuring all work is completed according to design plans, building codes, and safety standards.
- Coordinate and supervise trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Maintain and enforce site safety protocols in compliance with OHSA and company policies.
- Monitor project timelines and work closely with project managers to meet key milestones.
- Schedule inspections and ensure compliance with municipal requirements and Tarion standards.
- Track and manage site documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and material deliveries.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment on site.
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience in residential construction (low-rise, mid-rise, or custom homes).
- Someone who is structured and will follow instructions 100%.
- Solid understanding of the Ontario Building Code, construction safety regulations, and municipal processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with basic construction management tools, including MS Office and project scheduling software
- Valid Ontario driver’s license.
- Certifications in Working at Heights, WHMIS, and First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
